Gamaliel Reyes, Chaplain/Religion Teacher
Raised in Portland, Oregon, Gamaliel Reyes is a Southern Adventist University alum, having graduated with a degree in secondary education with endorsements in English and Religious studies. Deeply impacted by his experience in an Adventist high school, Mr. Reyes has since felt a calling to give back to Adventist education.
He enjoys books, music, and sharing good food with good company. Mr. Reyes is passionate about praise and worship and helping others see the Bible as an incredible work of literary art. His ultimate desire is to see people come to know the surpassing worth of knowing Jesus Christ.
He and his fiancé, Alyssa, plan to get married in April 2026.
