    Mountain View Academy has partnered with FACTS to create a seamless integrated system for its student information and billing management. FACTS Management, the leader in payment plan solutions for schools K-12, acquired RenWeb School Management Software, one of the leaders in private school information systems.

    With all their resources put together, they have created a powerful integrated system that combines student information and billing management for administrators, staff, parents and students. Now, parents or guardians can fill out applications online, and apply for tuition within the same platform. Parents will be able to set up a tuition payment plan during the online enrollment process. Additionally, parents and student can keep update to date with grades and calendar events all from mobile iOS or Android devices.

    FACTS Grant and Aid Information

    Apply for Financial Aid with FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. FACTS works with schools across the country to help evaluate family financial need, allowing schools to award aid with confidence.

    Please be advised that you will need to create an account for FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. Upon completion, your information will be attached to your FAMILY PORTAL account.

    FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Mountain View Academy for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year.  Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by June 1 , 2020.  Applicants can apply online by clicking the FACTS link above.  Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

    • Copies of your 2020 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
    • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
    • All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf or jpeg format online.

    FACTS Tuition Information

    FACTS works with schools across the country to provide tuition management services that make education more affordable. Through our programs, parents can pay tuition and fees over time, using a variety of payment methods, making it easier to afford a quality education for their children.
